Warranty & returns

All products purchased from the Luku-Abi online shop and all installation work carried out by us are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover:

• Wear from normal use
• Mechanical damage (impacts, scratches)
• Improper use or maintenance
• Unauthorised modifications to the product
• Damage caused by water, fire or theft

Under Estonian law, consumers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided:

• The item is in its original packaging and unused
• Proof of purchase is included (invoice or order confirmation)
• The item is not customised (made to order)

On return, we refund the purchase amount within 3–5 business days to the same bank account used for the payment.

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact us by email at [email protected]
2. Include a description of the problem and a photo of the defect
3. Attach your proof of purchase (invoice number or order ID)
4. Our team will respond within 1 business day

For a valid warranty claim we offer repair, replacement or a refund — your choice.

All work performed by our locksmiths is covered by a 2-year labour warranty. If an installed lock system does not work correctly due to our workmanship, we return and fix it free of charge.
