These terms of use govern the use of the website luku-abi.ee/pood. By using the website you agree to these terms. The website is owned by A1M Production OÜ.

The website is a product catalogue showcase — no direct online purchases take place. Submitting an enquiry about a product does not automatically create a purchase agreement.

Contractual relationships arise only after we have confirmed the enquiry and agreed on delivery and payment terms.

We aim to keep product prices and availability up to date, but reserve the right to change them without prior notice.

All prices are in Estonian euros (€) and include VAT (24%) unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are added according to agreement.

All website content — images, texts, logos, design — is the intellectual property of A1M Production OÜ. Copying content without written permission is prohibited. Product images belong to the respective manufacturers.

A1M Production OÜ is not liable for:

• Website interruptions
• Inaccuracies in product information resulting from manufacturer changes
• Content found at third-party links

Schlossmontage bieten wir nur in den Regionen an, die im Warenkorb wählbar sind. Die Arbeit führt ein Luku-Abi-Monteur oder ein Partner in der gewählten Region aus; der Termin wird nach der Bestellung telefonisch vereinbart.

Produkte aus unserem eigenen Lager können bei der Bestellung mit Karte bezahlt werden (Stripe). Andere Produkte werden manuell bestätigt, danach kommt eine Rechnung per E-Mail; vor der Bestätigung wird nichts belastet.

Kartendaten verarbeitet der Zahlungsdienstleister; wir speichern sie nicht.

Mit dem Absenden der Bestellung willigt der Kunde in die Verarbeitung seiner Daten zur Ausführung der Bestellung ein. Details: Datenschutzerklärung.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court.
